Our First Home!

Well, July 27, 2005 we closed our first home together. We both have bought homes before, but this is a first for us. It is brand new. No one but us has ever lived in it before. It is so nice to have everything new and not worry about appliances and such breaking down. There are only about 84 homes total in our "Enclave". It is a gated community (to help control who we will allow in) Our home overlooks the little manmade lake and fountain. We are planning on installing a pool and spa, too. I have already ordered some Thuja Giant Green trees to create a privacy hedge in the back yard (it has wrough iron fencing). I will leave it open toward the lake view, though. It is so much fun getting everything set up and just the way we like it.
